TRANSITION DAY – WEDNESDAY 5TH JULY 2017
This is a day when pupils spend a day with their new teacher for September in their new classroom.
Y6 pupils will go to their secondary schools and do not need to come to Brookfields that day. If you are in Y6 and your transition day is different, please let us know.
PARENTS’ AFTERNOON – WEDNESDAY 12TH JULY 2017
Another important date for your diary! Please come and join us on the afternoon of 12th July to celebrate your children’s achievement this year. Work will be on display and there will be sales of the enterprise project pupils have been making. Pupils will need to be collected at 12 o’clock. You will need to return to school for the afternoon starting at 1 pm. Reports will be coming out shortly before the day.

Y3 will have their Inspire Workshop on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at 9am. Please come and support your child’s learning. Babies welcome!
Y2 held their Inspire Workshop on Thursday 15th June and the following comments were made by parents:

ORAL HEALTH WEEK
As part of the Startwell Programme, the Foundation Stage will be looking
at Oral Health and learning all about keeping their teeth healthy.
Parents with Nursery and Reception pupils are invited to attend a
workshop on Friday 23rd June 2017 at 2.30 pm.
Parents are reminded that Brookfields Primary School is a nut free zone and that pupils are not allowed to bring in any food items that contain nuts. There are pupils at school who have a nut allergy.
Pupils in Y3/4 took part in a KESSP Football Tournament at Aston Villa.
The Y5/6 Girls Football Team took part in the ESPSFA League and the match results were:
Pupils from Y6 took part in a Rounders Tournament.
