It’s been lovely to have such nice weather so that we can use the field and all our play equipment. It also means that PE lessons can be outside and the daily mile is much more fun! In assembly, Mrs Cross talked about the Rights Respecting School silver award “taking it to the next level”. There are posters around school too, and the discussions form part of our review of the school’s behaviour policy.

Y2 visit to Thinktank

All of the pupils in Y2 visited Thinktank this week. Activities included making designs for road signs. Thinktank staff were very impressed and e-mailed us this message.

The children were all so well behaved and came up with lots of great ideas for the road signs. I took the completed road signs to show the designers and they were really impressed!”

Many thanks to all the staff and parents who came along.

Well done Y2
